Culture & Strategic Framework Devotions
In September 2020, Presbytery approved the new Culture and Strategic Framework document. It is very much an expression of the culture we want to set and who we want to be becoming as a Presbytery. In order to help Parish Councils engage with this more deeply, we have a set of 13 devotions that can be used to open a your Council meeting. These are deliberately short, but will hopefully provoke some deep thinking and questions about the way forward for your Parish.
Guidelines on Boundaries and Conflicts of Interest
Presbytery Council adopted this paper in their September meeting as a part of their desire to help Presbytery Teams and Councils develop good practices in maintaining boundaries and treating confidentiality with care. This paper is intended to be a reference point for Parish Councils and Presbytery Teams to engage with and reflect on in order to assist them in working well together.
