St Margaret's Presbyterian Church - Bishopdale

We come as we are, we anticipate God’s Spirit to move;  We welcome and greet each other, we pray and sing;  We hear Bible read and explained, we pause and ponder;  We take communion monthly and eat together often;  Our worship starts corporately on Sunday and continues through the week. 

We believe that the whole Bible is the inspired word of God to lead us (as a faithful and sufficient guide) to the living Word of God – Jesus Christ.  And we believe that the biblical faith is truthfully and elegantly represented in the historic creeds and confessions of the Christian Church, most notably the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed. And they are well summarised in our contemporary confession of faith – Kupu Whakapono.
